Rebecca Kames 

Central Florida Photographer

Rebecca is a freelance photographer based in Lake County, Florida (formerly Milwaukee, Wisconsin). She is a graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, where she earned her BFA in Photography. Rebecca is the owner of Kames Photography and also serves as an instructor for photography courses with the Orlando Photography Group, teaching students throughout the Central Florida area.

She describes her photography as honest, sincere, and intimate, with thoughtful attention to lighting, posing, and editing. With many years of experience behind the lens, Rebecca has refined both her aesthetic sensibilities and technical skills — always striving to create images that feel natural, timeless, and deeply personal.

What Rebecca loves most about photography is the ability to preserve memories. She believes photographs are more than just images; they are moments frozen in time — sometimes capturing milestones that will be cherished for generations. Being trusted with these meaningful moments is something she never takes lightly, and it’s what fuels her passion every single day. Creating images that make people feel seen, celebrated, and remembered is at the heart of everything she does.

When Rebecca isn’t on a shoot or editing from home, you’ll likely find her exploring one of the Disney parks or resorts, cooking up something delicious alongside her amazing husband (who just happens to be an incredible chef), spending time with her lovable Pomsky, Tigger, or simply soaking up the beautiful Florida weather and enjoying the slower pace of country living.
